Would you believe it, the second Book Week Scotland is nearly here.
Scotland’s national celebration of reading from November 25th. to December 1st. will again feature hundreds of author events happening in libraries all over Scotland.
Other activities, such as bookswaps, for all ages will be happening in our libraries during the week.
More news later, but just to whet your appetite Banchory and Portlethen libraries will be welcoming Lin Anderson, a fantastic Scottish crime writer, whose feisty character forensic expert, Dr.Rhona MacLeod gets to grips with the nastiest of murders.
Do try some of her books if you haven’t already and come and join us on the 27th. at Portlethen Library 7.30pm or at Banchory Library on the 28th at 2.00pm
